Simulation of Transmembrane Potentials and Epicardial Electrograms

This MATLAB function [1] simulates transmembrane potentials and corresponding electrograms for a piece of human atrial tissue, based on the monodomain and Courtemanche [2] models and a model for electrograms [3].
