I am a staff member of the Signal Processing Systems (formerly Circuits and Systems group) at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.

My research interests include Algorithms and Architectures, ESL design, high level synthesis, VLSI design methodology, System model methodology, System modeling and optimization, VLSI System - and Complex Computing Blocks realization, with application areas including neuromorphic processing hardware fabrics (CNN, SNN), image processing and data stream processing.

I am currently involved in four EU (ECSEL/RVO) funded projects:

  • Airborne data collection on resilient system architectures (Adacorsa)

  • Distributed Artificial Intelligent Systems (DAIS)

  • Automotive Intelligence for/at Connected Shared Mobility (AI4CSM)

I supervise several MSc and PhD students working on these, as well as other design projects. For a list of current projects, check the Projects link.

I am a co-founder Innatera Nanosystems BV, www.innatera.com.
