dr. Y. Yudong Li

Expertise: CCD sensors for imaging systems

In 2015, Dr. Yudong Li was a visiting scholar working with prof. Edoardo Charbon. His home institute is Xinjiang Technical Inst.of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy Sciences, where he is an Associate Professor.

He received a Ph.D. in optical engineering from Changchun institute of optics, fine mechanics and physics of China Academy Sciences (CAS) in 2009. He has been one of the core members of a research group that had developed two space remote sensors which has ran on-orbit since 2009. The remote sensors were all based on CCD imaging systems. He was one of the main designers of these imaging systems.
