Expertise: optimal design for digital MIMO radar
Themes: Signal processing for communicationBiography
Gabriel Daniel is a PhD student at the SPS section, working with Geert Leus on digital MIMO radar.
He obtained a bachelor degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia in 2020, and an MS degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea in 2024, both in electrical engineering. His MS research focus was on error correction coding, particularly algebraic coding theory for data storage (e.g., NAND flash memories) and optical communications.
Projects
Digitally Modulated Radar
Optimal and adaptive design of digital MIMO radar (waveforms, arrays)
