Biography

Behnam Akbarian holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Systems, both from Azad University, Iran, earned in 2014 and 2022, respectively. His academic and research interests focus on advanced topics in wireless communications, including massive MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output) systems, beyond 5G technologies, and innovative multiple-access techniques. He is also engaged in the implementation of wireless systems, FPGA design, and next-generation Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB-T2). His research further extends to ultrawideband communications and positioning systems, with a particular emphasis on their practical applications and advancements in telecommunication infrastructure.
