Yuning Liu
I joined the Audio and Acoustic Signal Processing group in November 2025 from the program of Electrical Engineering(signals and systems track). My research focuses on multichannel speech enhancement and source separation via the learning-based Bayesian probabilistic framework, with particular interest in the interplay between classical nonlinear spatial filtering and deep neural network-guided probabilistic inference in multi-talker reverberant environments. Outside of research, I enjoy playing the violin and have a keen appreciation for literary prose and essays — always happy to chat about either:)
